Malave Co. was founded by Owner-Operator, Jairo Malave, in the 2010s. Malave first started in the remodel business at just 13 years old when he would assist his father at their family’s rental properties on the weekends and summer school break. Through this opportunity, he was able to learn about every detail that goes into building, repairing, and maintaining houses.

As a young man, Malave began to work as a contractor. Accumulating experience with every job. With time, he set out to start his career as a remodel professional and found his passion. Making people happy through his hard work and attention to detail. Malave found it rewarding to see his clients’ smile at the end of a project.

Malave currently resides in Mount Holly with his wife and four children. When he’s not beautifying his clients’ homes, Malave enjoys grilling out, watching movies, going fishing, and being active in his faith.
